Ingredients
- Avocado 3 pieces
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Potato 1 piece
- Spanish onions 1 head
- Herbs 0 oz
- Lime Juice ¼ cup
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers ¼ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut each avocado in half, remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon and mash it with a fork.
Step 2
Add minced garlic, diced onion, chopped herbs, tomato, and lime juice. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper.
Step 3
Transfer to a serving bowl and serve immediately.
