Add egg whites and salt to a bowl (the salt helps with whipping).
Step 2
Whip until bubbles form.

Then, while continuing to whip, gradually add the sugar. A strong white mixture should form.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 5
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the mixture on it (it should not spread) and put it in the oven for about 30–60 minutes.
