Meringue with Vanilla
Ingredients
- Sugar 5 oz
- Egg white 3 pieces
- Powdered Sugar 1 teaspoon

Step 1
Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gradually add the sugar to the egg whites while continuing to whip for about two minutes. Then add the vanilla powdered sugar (I use powdered sugar from a common brand).
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 250°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. You can spoon the meringue onto the sheet or use a pastry bag with a star tip.
Step 3
Bake the meringue for 1.5 to 2 hours depending on the size. I found that one hour was sufficient.
