- Sugar 1 cup
- Egg white 4 pieces
- Cranberry 0 oz
- Butter 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.

Whip the egg whites, gradually adding the sugar.
Step 3
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease it with butter.
Step 4
Using a teaspoon, place meringue on the baking sheet in rounds about 3 cm in diameter. Top each meringue with a cranberry, gently pressing it in.
Step 5
Bake for 15-20 minutes. Leave the pastries in the oven until completely cool.
