Whip the egg whites with a whisk until stiff peaks form, and while continuing to whip, gradually add the powdered sugar. The whipped egg whites can be placed by the tablespoon onto a sheet of white paper laid on a baking tray. They can also be piped from a paper cone into various small shapes. Bake the cookies in a low-temperature oven.
Step 2
The cookies should dry well; for this, they can be left in the oven until the next day. Once removed from the paper, store the cookies in a dry place.
