Ingredients
- Sugar 5 oz
- Egg white 3 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Bananas 4 pieces
- Sweet Cream Butter 15 fl oz

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 210°F.
Step 2
Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. While continuing to whip, gradually add 2 tablespoons of sugar.
Step 3
Spread the egg white mixture onto a baking sheet lined with foil and bake until ready. Leave the finished meringue to cool in the turned-off oven.
Step 4
Blend 3 bananas, mix with the whipped cream, and cover the meringue with the cream. Decorate with banana slices.
