Melting shortbread cookies
Ingredients
- Vanillin to taste
- Wheat Flour 1 glass
- Powdered Sugar ½ glasses
- Starch film 0,3 glasses
- Butter 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the butter with powdered sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla.
Step 2
Continuing to beat on low speed, gradually add the sifted flour mixed with starch. The dough should be soft but not runny.
Step 3
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Fill a piping bag fitted with a star tip with the dough.
Step 4
Pipe the dough into rosettes on a baking sheet, leaving at least 2 cm of space between them.
Step 5
Place the baking tray in the refrigerator or freezer for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 6
Bake the cookies for 20–25 minutes, until the edges begin to turn golden brown. Let cool and serve.
