Ingredients
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Egg white 3 pieces
- Sugar 4 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Cocoa Powder 3 teaspoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt 100 g of dark chocolate and 130 g of softened butter in a saucepan.
Step 2
Mix 1 egg yolk and 2 whole eggs with 4 tablespoons of sugar, stirring well. Add 70 g of flour and 3 teaspoons of cocoa powder, mix thoroughly, and then add to the melted chocolate and butter, stirring until smooth.
Step 3
Pour the batter into molds almost to the top. Bake for 5–7 minutes at 410°F. Remove from the oven and place in the refrigerator. After the fondants have completely set (they should not be soft), about 5 hours later, carefully transfer them to a plate.
