Melon Soup with Shrimp
Ingredients
- Tomatoes 10 oz
- Watermelon 5 lbs
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Nutmeg 1 teaspoon
- Shrimp 20 oz
- Ham 10 oz
- Dill 0 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the tomatoes and blend the flesh in a blender.
Step 2
Cut the melon in half, remove the seeds, chop the flesh into pieces, and blend it in a blender. Add the cream, nutmeg, tomato puree, salt, and blend again. Place the resulting mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Boil the shrimp in salted boiling water. Cool and peel.
Step 4
Cut the smoked ham into strips.
Step 5
Wash and dry the herbs, then chop them.
Step 6
Pour the chilled soup into bowls. Add the ham and shrimp to each bowl. Sprinkle with herbs.
