Ingredients
- Rice Sweet Wine 5 fl oz
- Watermelon 1 piece
- Toasts 4 pieces
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
- Mint 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the melon in half and remove the seeds. Use a special spoon to scoop out 20 balls from the flesh and place them in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Blend the remaining flesh with powdered sugar and wine until smooth. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Step 3
Pour the chilled mixture into bowls and garnish with the melon balls.
Step 4
Serve with mint and buttery toast.
