Ingredients
- Lemon 1 piece
- Watermelon 1 piece
- Lime 1 piece
- Sugar 30 oz
- Water 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Zest 1 lemon and 1 lime, then squeeze the juice. Combine the zest with 200 grams of sugar and pour the freshly squeezed juices over it.
Step 2
Cut the flesh of 1 melon into cubes. Add 800 grams of sugar to the zest mixture, pour in 200 ml of water, and bring to a boil. Add the melon and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Remove from heat and let cool. Return to heat and cook until ready.
