Ingredients
- Watermelon 10 oz
- Honey 1 teaspoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Mint Leaves 5 pieces

Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Cut the melon. Separate the flesh from the skin, remove the seeds, and cut into large cubes.
Step 3
Place the chopped melon flesh into the bowl of an immersion blender.
Step 4
Pour 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice into the blender bowl.
Step 5
Wash the mint thoroughly under running water, separate 5 leaves, and add them to the blender bowl.
Step 6
Blend all the ingredients well with the immersion blender until smooth and pour into ice cream molds.
Step 7
Fill all molds with the fruit mixture.
Step 8
Distribute 1 teaspoon of honey among the molds.
Step 9
Cover the filled molds with a lid. Place the molds with fruit ice in the freezer for at least 4 hours, until fully frozen.
Step 10
Before serving, to make it easier to remove the fruit ice, place the molds in hot water for 5 seconds, then carefully remove the ice.
