- Watermelon 1 piece
- Mini Chocolate Chips 0 oz
- Champagne Sorbet to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the melon in half and remove the seeds. Place the halves in the refrigerator overnight.
Step 2
The next day, place the melon halves in the freezer for 15 minutes. Remove and fill with raspberry sorbet, tightly.
Step 3
Carefully cut each half into two more pieces with a chilled knife. Insert a few chocolate chips into the sorbet to resemble watermelon seeds and serve immediately.
