Ingredients
- Sugar ½ cup
- Water ½ cup
- Lime 1 piece
- Cantaloupe ½ piece
- Mint Leaves 1 tablespoon
- Watermelon 20 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, combine sugar and ½ cup of water. Bring to a boil and cook for about 15 minutes until the syrup thickens slightly. Remove from heat and stir in lime juice. Cool by placing in a bowl of ice water.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the flesh of the melon and watermelon into pieces, arrange on a plate, and drizzle with syrup. Serve immediately.
