Melon and Raspberry Tartlets
Ingredients
- Walnuts 5 oz
- Gelatin 2 pieces
- Sugar 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Watermelon 5 oz
- Vanilla salt to taste
- Raspberry leaves 15 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
Combine softened butter, flour, chopped walnuts, 50 g of sugar, and egg yolk. Add vanilla, salt, and knead the dough. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Grease the baking molds with butter, lay out the thinly rolled dough, and bake the tartlets for about 15 minutes.
Step 4
Using a special spoon, scoop out balls of melon equal to the number of tartlets. Puree the remaining melon flesh in a blender and mix it with cottage cheese and sugar.
Step 5
Chill the resulting mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Fill the cooled tartlets with the cottage cheese-melon mixture. Top with melon balls and raspberries.
