Meatless Lasagna
Ingredients
- Ready dry lasagna sheets 15 oz
- Champignon Mushrooms 15 oz
- Zucchini 1 piece
- Onion 1 head
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Basil 1 bunch
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Tomato Sauce 20 oz
- Cream Cheese 15 oz
- Grated Parmesan cheese 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Greens 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat the oil over medium heat.
Step 2
Sauté the chopped vegetables for 3-5 minutes.
Step 3
Pour in the tomato sauce.
Step 4
In another bowl, mix the cream cheese with the egg, chopped assorted greens, and half of the Parmesan.
Step 5
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Layer in a baking dish: lasagna sheets, cream cheese mixture, vegetables.
Step 7
Sprinkle the last layer with Parmesan.
Step 8
Bake for 50 minutes at 390°F covered with foil (remove the foil 10 minutes before it's done).
