Ingredients
- Beef 10 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Potato protein 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
First, beat the eggs with salt and add the starch — from the resulting batter, cook thin pancakes in a dry skillet.
Step 2
While the pancakes are still warm, stack them and cut into strips no longer than 4 centimeters.
Step 3
Cut the onions in half and slice the halves into thin half-rings. Place the onion in a bowl, pour boiling water over it, and let it sit for 10-15 minutes, then drain the water and rinse the onion.
Step 4
Boil the meat and cut it into strips, like the pancakes. Mix all the ingredients, season with salt and pepper to taste, and combine with mayonnaise. The salad should be refrigerated for at least 3 hours before serving.
