  • Safflower Oil 5 fl oz
  • Wheat Flour 10 oz
  • Dry yeast 0 oz
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Onion 1 head
  • Lean Beef 5 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Whole egg 1 piece
  • Sugar 1 tablespoon

Warm the kefir and oil and pour them into a deep bowl.
