Ingredients
- Ground meat 20 oz
- Ground Cinnamon to taste
- Ground coriander to taste
- Cayenne Pepper to taste
- Capers 0 oz
- Puff Pastry 15 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the filling by mixing the ground meat with garlic, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and coriander. Optionally, add chopped capers.
Step 2
Roll out the puff pastry and cut out 2 circles with a diameter of 10 cm. Place one in a baking dish and fill it with the meat mixture. Cover with the other pastry circle and seal the edges.
Step 3
Lightly brush with vegetable oil and bake until golden brown.
