Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the potatoes and boil them, peel, and pass through a meat grinder or grate on a fine grater.
Step 2
Mash the butter, add the egg, flour, salt, add a little ground black pepper, and mix with the potatoes. Form small dumplings from the mixture, roll them in flour, and cook in boiling water. Cook for 10 minutes.
