Ingredients
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 4 spoons
- Activated Baking Soda ½ spoons
- Potato 2 pieces
- Quail Egg 1 piece
- Spices to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Bake the fillet in the oven at 355°F. After 20-30 minutes, remove it and cut into pieces.
Step 2
Fry the potato slices, then add water to the saucepan and simmer until cooked through.
Step 3
Combine the beaten eggs with mayonnaise, flour, and baking soda or baking powder. There is no need to add salt to the batter. The consistency should resemble thick sour cream.
Step 4
Line the bottom of the baking dish with parchment paper, pour in half of the batter, then add the potatoes and fillet, and cover with the remaining batter. Bake at 355°F for 40 minutes.
