Ingredients
- Matsuni 20 fl oz
- Basil 1 bunch
- Dill 1 bunch
- Cilantro 1 bunch
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
- Salt a pinch
- Walnuts 2 teaspoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash and peel the cucumbers. Cut them into small cubes. Finely chop the herbs.
Step 2
Whisk the matsuni either with a whisk or in a blender. Add the herbs, cucumbers, and salt. Place in the refrigerator for 10–20 minutes.
Step 3
Serve cold, sprinkled with finely chopped walnuts.
