Description
Recipe taken from the book by John Smith 'Armenian Cuisine' (1960).
Ingredients
- Matsuni 5 fl oz
- Cucumbers 5 oz
- Parsley 5 oz
- Cilantro to taste
- Dill to taste
- Scallions to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dilute the matsuni with cold boiled water in a 1:1 ratio.
Step 2
Wash the fresh cucumbers (small), dill, cilantro, and parsley, then chop them finely.
Step 3
Wash the green onions and chop them finely as well.
Step 4
Transfer the prepared herbs to a bowl with the diluted matsuni, add salt to taste, and mix well.
Step 5
Serve the matsnabrdoš cold.
Step 6
To cool it down, add small pieces of ice.
