Ingredients
- Gelatin 1 tablespoon
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 0 oz
- Water 1 tablespoon
- Cream (40%) 1 glass
- Sugar 2 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Transfer the mascarpone to a bowl.
Step 2
In another bowl, combine the water and gelatin and let it sit for 2 minutes.
Step 3
In a saucepan, bring the cream and sugar to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and add the gelatin, stirring until it dissolves.
Step 4
Strain the cream mixture into a bowl with mascarpone, stirring until smooth and well combined.
Step 5
Pass the mixture through a sieve again and pour it into molds. Place in the refrigerator to set for about 2 hours or overnight.
