
Marinated Lingonberries

Our recent recipe that works well in winter with vodka, duck, in a sandwich, or anywhere else.
Ingredients
- Lingonberry 20 oz
- Water 20 fl oz
- Sugar 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Bring the water to a boil.
Step 3
Add sugar to the water.
Step 4
Bring to a boil and let the syrup cool to room temperature.
Step 5
Rinse the lingonberries.
Step 6
Dry it on a sieve.
Step 7
Sterilize the jar and lid over steam for 15–20 minutes.
Step 8
Transfer the lingonberries to a jar.
Step 9
Pour in the syrup, seal, and store in a dark place.
Step 10
After a week, the soaked lingonberries are already edible, but they will taste even better after a month.
