Ingredients
- Egg white 4 pieces
- Sugar 5 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz

Step 1
Prepare a baking sheet. Line it with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt it in a water bath or in the microwave.
Step 3
Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form. If the mixture holds on the whisk, the egg whites are ready. Gradually add the sugar while continuing to whip. Start adding the chocolate; it should not be cooled. Mix the chocolate and egg whites with a fork to create a 'marble' effect. Spoon the mixture onto the baking sheet.
Step 4
Bake at 120–265°F for 1–2 hours.
