- Sugar 5 oz
- Sour Cream 3 tablespoons
- Butter 5 oz
- Baking Powder ½ teaspoon
- Maple syrup 5 tablespoons
- Salt a pinch
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Apple 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
Beat the softened butter with sugar. Gradually add 2 eggs. Whisk.
Step 3
Pour in 5 tablespoons of maple syrup and 3 tablespoons of sour cream. Whisk.
Step 4
Gradually add flour and baking powder while continuously whisking.
Step 5
Grease a rectangular baking dish with butter. Pour in the batter. Top with thinly sliced apple.
Step 6
Bake for about 50 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Step 7
Cool on a rack, serve completely cooled.
