Mango Mousse
Ingredients
- Mandarin Puree 10 oz
- 10% cream 5 oz
- Gelatin 0 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Transfer the mango puree to a saucepan, add sugar, bring to a boil, remove from heat, and stir in the gelatin continuously with a whisk.
Step 3
Cool in the refrigerator to room temperature.
Step 4
Whip 125 ml of cream with a mixer until thick.
Step 5
Add the cooled puree with gelatin to the cream, and mix with a whisk until smooth.
Step 6
Pour into molds and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
