Mango Apricot Mousse with Lavender
Ingredients
- Mango 2 pieces
- Pitted Wild Apricots 3 pieces
- Citrus Zest Mix 1 teaspoon
- Coconut Milk 2 tablespoons
- Lavender flowers to taste
- Linden Honey ½ cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the ripe mangoes, removing the hard pits. Also, peel the apricots and remove the stones.
Step 2
Cut all the fruits into small pieces and load them into a blender. Add coconut oil, lemon zest, and lavender honey. Blend on high speed until smooth. Divide the resulting mousse into dessert glasses, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 2–3 hours.
Step 3
Serve the mousse cold, optionally garnished with lavender flowers.
