  • Mung Beans 5 oz
  • Rice 5 oz
  • Basil 5 oz
  • Cilantro 5 oz
  • Scallions 0 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Matsoni to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.

Cut the meat into small pieces.
