Ingredients
- Salted Butter 5 oz
- Egg white 4 pieces
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
- Almond 0 oz
- Linden Honey 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Grease the madeleine pan with butter and lightly dust with flour.
Step 2
Melt the unsalted butter in a pan over medium heat and cook, stirring, for about 3–4 minutes until the butter turns light brown. Remove from heat.
Step 3
In a bowl, beat the egg whites, powdered sugar, and both flours with a mixer. Heat the honey in the microwave for about 5–10 seconds and mix it into the batter. Then add the slightly cooled melted butter and mix well. Spoon 1 tablespoon of batter into each mold.
Step 4
Bake for about 12 minutes until the cookies are dry and lightly golden. Let them cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a plate. Serve warm.
