- Raw cane sugar 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Citrus Zest Mix 2 spoons
- Orange zest 2 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Grease the madeleine mold with butter and dust it with flour, shaking off any excess flour.
Step 2
Beat the eggs and sugar until creamy. Gradually fold in the flour, then add the softened butter and grated zest. Pour into a mold, leaving space for rising. Bake for 12 minutes or less, depending on the size, until lightly golden and soft. Remove from the mold and let cool.
