- Butter 5 oz
- Raw cane sugar 5 oz
- Self-rising flour 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Citrus Zest Mix 2 spoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Powdered Sugar to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 320°F. Grease and flour the pie dish.
Step 2
Beat the softened butter with 185 grams of sugar using a mixer until creamy. Gradually add the eggs, mixing well. Stir in the flour, lemon juice, and lemon zest until well combined. Transfer the batter to a baking pan and sprinkle the remaining sugar on top.
Step 3
Bake for 1 hour until done. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a serving plate.
