Low-Calorie Seafood Risotto
Ingredients
- Rice 5 oz
- Fish Oil 0 qt
- Seafood cocktail 15 oz
- Shallot 3 pieces
- Apple Wine 5 fl oz
- Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Basil 1 bunch
- Lime 1 piece
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Mild Chili Spice ½ piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the shallots and sauté them in a pan.
Step 2
Add the rice and heat it through.
Step 3
Pour in the wine. Once it evaporates, start adding the stock gradually. Stir the risotto constantly while cooking.
Step 4
Marinate the seafood in garlic, wine, chili pepper, and lime cut into 8 pieces, then sauté in a pan.
Step 5
Grate the parmesan and chop the herbs.
Step 6
Cook the risotto for exactly 20 minutes, adding the seafood, cheese, pepper, and herbs 5 minutes before it's done, stir and remove from heat.
Step 7
Serve in deep large plates and garnish with herbs.
