Low-Calorie Cottage Cheese Soufflé
Ingredients
- Cocoa Powder 0 oz
- Fat-free cottage cheese 20 oz
- 3.5% Milk 5 fl oz
- Gelatin 0 oz
- Linden Honey 2 tablespoons
- Condensed Milk to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the gelatin in a glass of cold water and wait for 30 minutes (it should swell).
Step 2
Add the milk, cocoa, and honey. Place on low heat and warm until the cocoa is completely dissolved and the mixture becomes more or less homogeneous.
Step 3
Add the cottage cheese, stirring without turning off the heat.
Step 4
Optionally, add the condensed milk, then transfer everything to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the future soufflé into molds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Step 5
Decorate as desired. Enjoy your meal!
