- Dr. Oetker Dark Chocolate Glaze 0 oz
- Cocoa Powder 1 tablespoon
- Baking Powder 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a blender, blend 1 banana, 100 ml of kefir, 1 egg, and 2 yolks until smooth.
Step 2
Add baking powder, flour, and cocoa, and mix.
Step 3
Slice the banana and add it along with the cherries to the batter, mix well.
Step 4
Whip 2 egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form, gently fold into the batter.
Step 5
Pour the batter into a mold and bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Once slightly cooled, coat the muffin with glaze and decorate as desired.
