Low-Calorie Cheese Bars
Ingredients
- Bitter 5 oz
- Cottage cheese 10 oz
- Frozen Cherimoya Fruits 5 oz
- Coconut flakes 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt 1 bar of chocolate in a water bath and coat silicone molds, then place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Blend the cottage cheese and separately blend the cherries, layer them on top of the chocolate, and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Add another layer of blended cottage cheese, sprinkle with coconut flakes, and return to the freezer for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Melt the second bar of chocolate and spread it on top of the cheese bars, then refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Remove the cheese bars from the silicone molds.
