Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Whole egg 1 piece
- Water 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Bacon 10 oz
- Onion 10 oz
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Scallions 1 bunch
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the chopped puff pastry. Roll out the dough into a round flatbread. Using chilled hands, tightly place the flatbread in the mold, raising the edges of the dough. Poke multiple times with a fork and bake until semi-cooked.
Step 2
Cut the bacon into small cubes and fry in a pan under a lid.
Step 3
Dice the onion and add it to the bacon, sautéing until translucent.
Step 4
Mix the eggs, cream, grated cheese, and finely chopped green onions, seasoning with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Step 5
Layer the bacon and onion on the flatbread, pour the egg mixture over it, and bake in the oven at medium heat.
