  • Margarine 5 oz
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Sugar 15 oz
  • Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
  • Wheat Flour 10 oz
  • Baking Powder 2 teaspoons

Step 1

First, beat the butter and margarine together with the sugar until light and creamy, gradually adding the 4 eggs.

Step 2

You can also add liqueur, such as Baileys, to taste, which will give the cake depth of flavor after baking.

Step 3

Next, add the flour and mix well. Then pour into a baking pan (you can also use a muffin tin; the taste will remain, but the appearance will change).

Step 4

Bake in the oven for 40–45 minutes at 355°F.
