Ingredients
- Lingonberry 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 10 oz
- Vanilla salt 2 teaspoons
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- 20% Sour Cream 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cream the butter with 150 grams of sugar and vanilla sugar.
Step 2
Add the eggs and mix well.
Step 3
Add the flour with baking powder and knead a not too stiff dough; place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Spread the dough in a greased and breadcrumb-coated baking dish, forming edges.
Step 5
Wash the lingonberries, let the water drain, and spread them over the dough, leveling it out.
Step 6
Place in a preheated oven at 355°F. Bake for 35–40 minutes.
Step 7
Whip the sour cream with sugar and pour the cream over the hot pie, then place it in the refrigerator for 3–4 hours.
