Ingredients
- Lingonberry 5 oz
- Sugar 10 oz
- Water 15 fl oz

Step 1
Pour water over the berries. Sort and rinse.
Step 2
Dry the lingonberries on a towel.
Step 3
Pour sugar into a basin and add water.
Step 4
Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Transfer the lingonberries into the syrup and bring to a boil.
Step 6
Cook for 30 minutes, periodically skimming off the foam.
Step 7
Sterilize the jars.
Step 8
Boil the lids.
Step 9
Pour the jam into dry jars.
Step 10
Seal the jars. Turn them upside down, wrap them up, and leave until completely cool.
