Lingonberry Cake with Chocolate Chunks
Ingredients
- Lingonberry 10 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Cocoa Powder 2 tablespoons
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Lemon 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whisk the eggs with sugar until fluffy.
Step 2
Add the butter, cut into pieces (leave 1 tablespoon of butter for greasing the pan).
Step 3
Sift the flour into the mixture.
Step 4
Add the cocoa powder (it can be sifted together with the flour), and mix until smooth.
Step 5
Neutralize the baking soda by squeezing lemon juice and add it to the batter.
Step 6
Pour in the milk and mix until smooth.
Step 7
Chop the chocolate into pieces no larger than 0.5 cm and add to the bowl.
Step 8
Gently fold in the lingonberries.
Step 9
Grease the baking dish with butter.
Step 10
Transfer the mixture to the dish.
Step 11
Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F for 50 minutes.
