Lime Pie with Whipped Cream
Ingredients
- Cookie 1⅓ cups
- Butter 0 oz
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Cream 15 fl oz
- Condensed Milk 1 can
- Lime 5 pieces
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Egg white 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Squeeze 0.5 cups of juice from the limes. Melt the butter and honey, mix with the crushed cookies, and stir well.
Step 2
Press the resulting mixture into the bottom and sides of a 22 cm diameter baking dish, lightly pressing with a spoon, and set aside.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, use a mixer to beat the egg whites and eggs, add the lime juice, and continue beating. Pour in the condensed milk and keep beating. The mixture should be fluffy and yellowish in color.
Step 4
Pour the mixture onto the crust. Place in a preheated oven at 340°F for 25–30 minutes. The center should jiggle slightly when moved.
Step 5
Remove the pie from the oven, let it cool slightly, then refrigerate for 8 hours. Decorate with whipped cream.
