Step 1

Preheat the oven to 340°F, grease the baking dish with butter.

Step 2

Crush the cookies into crumbs, melt the butter with honey, add it to the cookies, mix, and press the mixture into the dish, forming a low edge.

Step 3

Squeeze the juice from the limes, beat the egg and egg white, add the juice and condensed milk, mix well, pour over the crust in the dish, and bake in the oven for 25–30 minutes; the center of the pie should jiggle slightly, which means it is ready.

Step 4

Cool the pie, then refrigerate overnight.
