- Coconut Milk 5 fl oz
- Desiccated coconut 1 teaspoon
- Orange zest ¼ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide

Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and milk in a large mug. Whisk the ingredients together. You can use a fork or a small whisk. The batter should be smooth. Make sure there are no lumps.

Then, gently fold in the shredded coconut and lime zest.
Step 3
Microwave for about 1 minute. The top of the cake should be dry and appetizing in appearance.
Step 4
Before serving, sprinkle a little lime zest on top of the cake.
