Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Orange zest 3 teaspoons
- Raspberry leaves 20 oz
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Lime Juice 0 fl oz
- White Beans ½ piece
- Salt a pinch
- Powdered Sugar 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the butter with sugar until light and fluffy. Continue beating and add the eggs one at a time. Then add salt, lime juice, and zest. Sift the flour with baking powder and vanilla seeds into the egg mixture and beat until it reaches a thick sour cream consistency. Toss the raspberries with a small amount of flour.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Pour part of the batter into a greased and floured pan. Then add the floured raspberries and pour the remaining batter on top.
Step 3
Bake for 40 minutes at 355°F.
