Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour 3½ cups
  • Mayonnaise 10 oz
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Sugar 1 cup

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

First, mix all the ingredients in a large bowl with a spoon, then knead the dough by hand until it becomes homogeneous. It should be relatively soft.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 355°F.

Step 3

Lightly grease the baking sheet with butter, but this is optional.

Step 4

Prepare the meat grinder. Pass the dough in portions through the grinder into your palm, forming sausages about 8–10 cm long, slightly squeeze the ends, and place them on the baking sheet (the cookies will make about 2 baking sheets).

Step 5

Bake each baking sheet of cookies for 15–20 minutes until golden brown — the bottom of the cookies should be slightly darker than the rest of the surface.
