Light Pineapple and Kiwi Salad
Ingredients
- Brown Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Oranges 2 pieces
- Pineapple 1 piece
- Kiwi 3 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour the sugar into a large bowl.
Step 2
Peel the oranges with a sharp knife and carefully cut out the segments. Place them in the bowl with sugar, and squeeze the juice in as well.
Step 3
Peel the small pineapple, cut it lengthwise into 4 parts, and remove the core. Cut into small pieces — you should have about 3 cups, and transfer to the bowl with the oranges.
Step 4
Peel the kiwis and cut them lengthwise into 4 parts, then chop into small pieces. Add to the bowl with the fruits and mix. Serve immediately.
