Ingredients
- Cake Base 10 oz
- Clarified Butter 5 oz
- Dried Parsley 1½ teaspoons
- Dried Dill 1½ teaspoons
- Onion 1 head
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a medium bowl, mix the melted butter with the dried parsley, dried dill, and dried onion flakes.
Step 2
Cut the buttermilk dough into squares. Dip each cake square into the butter and herb mixture. Place on a 22 cm baking sheet. Drizzle the remaining butter on top.
Step 3
Bake in the oven at 220°C for 12 minutes. Serve warm.
