Description

The assortment of greens is variable. Be cautious with garlic: it can overpower the taste of the other ingredients. Instead of sour cream, you can use cream.

  • Tomatoes 4 pieces
  • Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
  • Parsley 1 bunch
  • Cilantro 1 bunch
  • Sour Cream 1 tablespoon
  • Ground Black Pepper a pinch
  • Nut Bread 3 slices

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the vegetables, cut them into large slices, and blend them until pureed.

Step 2

Add garlic, greens, and black pepper while keeping the blender running.

Step 3

Add sour cream and mix well.

Step 4

Toast the slices of bread in a toaster or in a pan without oil and cut into cubes or sticks.

Step 5

Serve chilled.
